Description: Our Client, a leading provider of short-term, post-hospital services and long-term care, is looking for a Business Development Manager in Wichita, KS.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales team in attainment of overall and individual sales objectives and revenue growth;
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations, Administrator and Corporate Director of Market Development to stay abreast of all corporate and regional sales / marketing programs;
• Develop and implement local sales plans and to coordinate with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service and fulfill Heartland promises;
• Hire, train, mentor, coach, manage and discipline the sales team.
Requirements:
• Experience in leadership of business development / sales (2+ years);
• Experience in hospice (2+ years);
• Bachelor's degree.
