Description: Our Client, a broadband entertainment and cable company, is hiring an HRIS Manager in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the IT services provided by the HRIS team to our business unit partners; U.S. Cellular, TDS Telecom, OneNeck IT Solutions, and Suttle-Straus;
• Accurately define the specific service, creating and maintaining the service roadmaps, managing relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and delivering services effectively;
• Collaborate with the business units, vendors, and industry consultants to define service level agreements and ensures our ability to meet or exceed expectations.

Requirements:

• Experience in application development and support, preferably in a shared service environment operating SAP or other ERP (5+ years);
• Management experience (2+ years);
• Human Resources and/or Payroll experience (1+ years);
• Experience with a variety of Human Capital Management software suites and the associated users / vendors of these systems;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business or related field -OR- 4+ years equivalent combination of technical and functional experience.
