Description: Our Client, a provider of engineering, programmatic, and technical support services, is looking for a Senior Schedule Management Support in Beavercreek, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a dynamic environment assisting in creating and maintaining program schedules utilizing project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and software to include a critical path;
• Identify program slips and the effect a slip has on the rest of the schedule;
• Assess and analyze schedules and make recommendations to the PM regarding the realism of the schedule and any anomalies/conflicts across various schedules;
• Conduct analysis and support for Initial Baseline Review (IBR) activities within the HPO;
• Review the relevant IBR related artifacts and provide a consolidated list for monthly Government review;
• Collect and analyze information from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / Supplier on recently planned control accounts;
• Assist the Program Integration team throughout the execution of IBR activities, including but not limited to participation in telecoms, review and consolidation of artifacts, and provide assistance to individual government personnel to assist with reviews as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules;
• Experience in DoD program acquisition;
• DoD experience;
• Experience with Primavera scheduling software (preferred);
• An active Secret clearance (required);
• High School / GED and 20 years of experience or a Bachelors plus 15 years of experience (required).
