Description: Our Client, a leader in healthcare and community health programs, is hiring a Director Perioperative Surgery in South Bend, IN.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the around-the-clock management and direction of the patient care area;
• Coordinate the efforts of staff;
• Ensure the provision of quality, and cost-effective care;
• Manage the clinical and financial performance of the patient care area.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Perioperative Director or an OR Director managing 12+ operation rooms;
• Level I or II Trauma Center experience (2-5 years);
• Experience managing Endoscopy;
• Experience managing a Pain Clinic PACU;
• Experience managing pre-op;
• Scheduling management / supervisory experience;
• Joint Commission survey experience / knowledge of regulations;
• Experience with CSP requirements;
• Must obtain a Registered Nurse license in the State of Indiana prior to starting;
• Degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN) or MBA.
