In the modern world, we are expected to do more in less time, to constantly develop our skills to be better than others, to be available and connected 24/7. No wonder that stress and burnout have increased exponentially. The World Health Organization has called stress “the health epidemic of the 21st century.”
Of course, there is no way to avoid stress at work altogether, but there are some useful habits, the cultivating of which can decrease stress and promote workplace wellness and engagement. In our video we’ve highlighted 5 such habits, which we consider to be the most important ones.
