Description: Our Client, a wholesale electricity supplier and the world leader in generating renewable energy, is looking for a Technical Recruiter in Juno Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive a consultative recruiting process from end-to-end while building meaningful relationships with all stakeholders;
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to partner and develop innovative strategies to find candidates for technology-focused business teams;
• Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions, including Software Engineers, System Administrators, Computer Programmers, and Database Administrators;
• Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure the best professionals are attracted.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Technical IT Recruiting background (2+ years);
• Experience in HR operations and administrations;
• SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) or PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification (preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field of study, or equivalent work experience.
