Hiring talent remains the number one concern of CEOs and of the entire executive suite. PwC’s 2017 CEO survey reports that executives see the unavailability of talent and skills as the biggest threats to the business. Companies spend tremendous sums on hiring: according to the estimates of the Society for Human Resource Management, it’s an average of $4,129 per job in the US. Also, most of the $20 billion that companies spend on human resources vendors goes to hiring.
